Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers warmly and professionally
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas
- Support food and beverage presentation at the Deli counter
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and deli teams, especially during peak periods
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
- A certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or related field is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant, café, or deli setting
