- We’re looking for a Project Manager who gets software, speaks fluent “delivery,” and knows how to make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end software development projects (yes, from 0 to 100)
- Bridging the gap between devs, QA, and clients
- Keeping track of progress, risk, and delivery timelines like a pro
- Keeping stakeholders in the loop—always
- Making sure the final product hits the brief, every time
- Prepping reports, docs, and other fun stuff
What You’ll Need:
- A degree in IT, Project Management, or something similar
- 3+ years running tech projects (fintech is a big plus)
- Agile, Waterfall—you get both
- Business analysis skills to decode client needs like a champ
- PMP/Prince2/Scrum certs? Even better!
