1. Legal Counsel – Securities

Department: Legal
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Nairobi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal guidance and support on credit-related agreements and transactions.
  • Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of legal documentation, including term sheets and facility agreements.
  • Ensure compliance in securities perfection and disbursement approvals.
  • Supervise external legal partners to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date reports and legal documentation databases.
  • Offer legal training and awareness sessions internally.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, and ensure timely updates to internal documentation.

2. Business Analyst

Department: Technology & Business Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
